This very unique knives are made by Mr. Tsuneo Yoshida is a 3rd generation blade-smith from Sanjo in Niigata, I think for Semi SS knives he is one of the best in Japan !! I speciale love his SKD and SLD steel knives, it was one of my favoreds wile i was working as chef ! They take super nice edge almost like Carbon steel and very very tough knives. I will recommend them for any Pro kitchen chefs ! As a good line knives, they dont rust and can take some beating :) They will develop darker patina on core steel so contrast will look even better !!
