It is forged by Nakagawa Satoshi from blue 1 clad with Damascus iron
Special Sharpened and finished by JNS in our own workshop, super fine polished so all banding is showing on harder steel
It is finished with Sanjo like finish parallel scratches with Uchigumori for easy maintains and super easy to use finger stones on it
also please note Measurement of the knife is from Matchi ! As with all Knives from Sakai !
