Special Sharpened and finished by JNS in our own workshop, Deep etch top finish with Choil and spine rounded and polished, Bevel finished with Uchigumori
It is finished with Sanjo like finish parallel scratches with Uchigumori for easy maintains and super easy to use finger stones on it
also please note Measurement of the knife is from Matchi ! As with all Knives from Sakai !
