This Kato 210mm Gyutos is made exactly like our workhorse knives just with Dragon engraved to the backside of the blade.

Engraving is done by 95 years old Engraving master in Sanjo Niigata

Handle: octagonal Shape Burned Chestnut with buffalo horn
