Old Stock Hirotomo from Sanjo Niigata
Hirotomo is now retired and those blades was made about 20-30 years ago
However Hirotomo was a very good Maker in Sanjo grind and Ura on single bevel knives is almost perfect !
They Are New Old stock but have been stored for a long time so there can be some light stains on the blades and handle can be shrunken
They will be sharpened before shipping !!!
