One of the kind !

Forged by William Catcheside from Catchesidecutlery and sharpened and polished by JNS
William do mostly forged geometry blades and do not do full ground blades so this one he did only for JNS to sharpen and polish so much more material is used for this one

It got full convex grind with workhorse specs in mind Polished spine and choil, very very nice taper bulky at the handle Shigefusa like and tapers out nicely but not to thin

Steel is very crispy and super hard I have tested it fully before it made on Website

All knives JNS cary is handmade and made one by one, so they can vary in size and thickness. Unevenness in finish can occur.
