Finally i got Itinomonn "Stain-Less" or Semi-stainless steel 

It is still Handmade in Sanjo, forged and water quenched. So it is harder and more stiff then regular semi SS Steel knives. 

Like other itinomonn knives this one have excellent fit and finish, rounded spine and choil, with parallel scratch patterns



All knives JNS cary is handmade and made one by one, so they can vary in size and thickness. Unevenness in finish can occur.
