Very cool Japanese Manoline Slicer made of Kauri wood
I have chosen the big one because it is very nice to cut cabbage super thin and still can be used for small tasks like cucumber and radishes.
I like it because it is made from wood and feels just right in a hand, very beautiful to have in a home kitchen too. Blade is made from japanese stainles steel
With very little wooden skills you can take the blade out and sharpen it.
It is also adjustable thickness and thinness of the cut.
