It have Ginsan core witch i like most with semi stainless steels
Super easy to sharpen and gets amazing edge, Scratch patterns on those knives is quite shallow so very easy to polish
You can do more contrast with softer fingerstones but i think they look cool as they are
Super thin behind the edge and comes quite sharp out of the box
All knives JNS cary is handmade and made one by one, so they can vary in size and thickness. Unevenness in finish can occur.
