Jikko Kasumi Gyuto 240mm

Old stock Jikko Knives that I used to carry before, so there is very limmeted stock ! 

Forged by Kenichi Shiraki and sharpened probably by Myojin

It have been etched to show  Microstructural Banding in cladding 

Steel: White 2 (can rust !!! ) 
Handle: Rosewood with buffalo horn

Blade Height at Heel- 50mm
Width of Spine at Handle- 3,3mm
Width of Spine Above Heel- 3,1mm

All knives JNS cary is handmade and made one by one, so they can vary in size and thickness. Unevenness in finish can occur.
