It is forged by Nakagawa Satoshi from blue 1 Fuji Honyaki
Special Sharpened and finished by JNS in our own workshop, super fine polished so all banding is showing Hamon is Polished with Uchigumori Choil and spine rounded and polished
It is finished with Sanjo like finish parallel scratches with Uchigumori for easy maintains and super easy to use finger stones on it
also please note Measurement of the knife is from Matchi ! As with all Knives from Sakai !
All knives JNS cary is handmade and made one by one, so they can vary in size and thickness. Unevenness in finish can occur.
