Forged and heat treated by Wakui, water quenched to very hard and thought edge, then it is Sharpened and polished by JNS with vertical Japanese stones for extra even bevel, etched 
Spine and choil is rounded and polished 

Steel is made by Achim Wirtz 300 Layer from 1.2510/1.2419.05/1.2767
Quenched in water by Wakui over 64HRC , It is old Wakui WorkHorse specs but still crazy thin edge
