Forged to shape By Kisuke Manaka from Sanjo Niigata and send to JNS for Sharpening and Polishing with Uchigumori
Polished with Uchigumori Spine and choil is mirror polished 

ZDP-189 is Powdered super steel from Hitachi Metals, extremely hard steel with C 3.00 % | Cr 20.00 %
The cladding on the knife have super nice and subtle banding 

All knives JNS cary is handmade and made one by one, so they can vary in size and thickness. Unevenness in finish can occur.
