JNS x Nakagawa Deep Etch Kiritsuke Sujihiki 325mm Blue 1

It is forged by Nakagawa Satoshi from blue 1 clad with Damascus iron 
Special Sharpened and finished by JNS in our own workshop, First super fine polished then etched after shinogi is polished with Uchigumori 
Parallel scratches so will be easy to maintain with finger stones, I also gave it extra nice tapper to the tip witch you dont see on this kind of knives

Steel: Blue 1 (can rust !!! ) Damascus iron Clad   
Handle: Japanese Tamamoku Cedar Octagonal handle with buffalo horn
