These are the Japanese kitchen tools I use myself and keep in the shop. Plating spoons and tweezers from Tsubame, Wada and Yamazaki, kitchen scissors and nigiri basami, tongs, peelers, the Benriner mandoline, fish scalers and tawashi brushes.
Tsubame is a town right next to Sanjo that has made metal goods for generations. The finish on their spoons and tweezers is on a different level than what you normally find in a kitchen shop.
There are also magnetic knife bars in cedar and walnut here, and the JNS apron. If you are looking for something specific from Japan that is not on the page, email me and I will see what I can do.
