Forged to shape By Toshihiro Wakui from Sanjo Niigata and send to JNS for Sharpening and Polishing with Uchigumori
Amazing forging on this line with very good tapering both spine and to choil, make it crazy nice cutter
So it was much easier to grind this one ! Polished with Uchigumori Spine and choil is mirror polished
All knives JNS cary is handmade and made one by one, so they can vary in size and thickness. Unevenness in finish can occur.
