Quite Rare Kouzuketo stones is mined Near Numata in Gunma Prefecture, these are harder versions of Numata stones
Not as soft but very good for the harder edge of the knife, and to make finer scratch-patterns after something like Numata or Natsuya
Better for doublebeveled knives and is amazing with Nagura !
