Crazy Rare And unfortunaly will never be made again Kunikei Nata
Ikeda Yoshiro "Kunikei" Unfortunately passed away this year and his apprentice 2 years ago
So all Kunikei blades works is Crazy rare now !
Kunikei was amazing blacksmith from Sanjo Niigata, Specialised mostly in Chisels and a very well known maker in Japan
This Nata was made by him self about 30 Years ago and very old stock !
Never used it was sitting in where house covered with some Lacquer so it had some rust and patting on it
I have restored it with some natural stones Polished up and sharpened at razor sharpness
It is made with White 2 core steel and Crazy unique Damascus pattern Mount Fuji shape on the back And Kasumi Damascus on front
All was Handmade folded by Kunikei
This is now Highly Collectable item and peace of Sanjo Blacksmith history
