New on the website

I spent a lot of time on the site this autumn, and some things should make it easier to find what you want:

• Specs table on every knife and stone: steel, handle, measurements and weight on knives, and mine, hardness and size on stones. All in one place at the end of the description.
• Knives by shape: you can now look at all Gyuto, Petty, Santoku/Bunka, Nakiri and Sujihiki in one place, not only by maker.
• Filters for knife type, price, steel and blade length.
• Search now shows only things in stock first.
• JNS WiKi: new pages on Japanese knife types, knife steels and knife finishes, and the Sharpening and Anglespage is rewritten.
