Naganao was knife blacksmith in Sanjo for about 30 years ago! So these knives more then 30 years old as he have passes away

When I got them they are in very rough shape as they have been stored for a long time

This Batch we have send them to our sharpener in Sakai for restoration :) 

Ura have been restored and strightned choil and spine rounded 

Amazing pice of Sanjo History Restored !! These Takohiki is very thin and narrow almost Like Fuguhiki knives make them crazy thin Laser slicer 

There can still be signs of OLD Stock

All knives JNS cary is handmade and made one by one, so they can vary in size and thickness. Unevenness in finish can occur.
