From Yamamoto Hideaki and Yamamoto Shinichiro in Sakai that have sharpened and finished these Single Bevel Kiritsuke
It is forged by Nakagawa Satoshi
Kiritsuke is combine usuba and yanagiba, Kiritsuke are not intended to be used as chefs knives
Nakagawa Kanji is on the Tang
