Nihei Kurouchi Kiritsuke Gyuto 210mm Aogami Super Dama Ebony

Trained under Yoshikane in Sanjo, Niigata 

First knife I have in Aogami Super clad with Damascus iron 

Spine and Choil is rounded and polished by JNS and got a Ebony Handle made in Sanjo 

It have a Nihei Kanji on the Tang of the knife 

All knives JNS cary is handmade and made one by one, so they can vary in size and thickness. Unevenness in finish can occur.
