Nihei Kurouchi Kiritsuke Gyuto 210mm Aogami Super Dama

Trained under Yoshikane in Sanjo, Niigata 

First knife I have in Aogami Super clad with Damascus iron 

Spine and Choil is rounded and polished by JNS and got a Rare  Japanese Tamamoku Cedar handle 

It have a Nihei Kanji on the Tang of the knife

Handle: Octagonal Japanese Tamamoku Cedar with buffalo horn

Hell to Tip Length- 210mm
Blade Height at Heel- 50mm
Width of Spine at Handle- 4,8mm
Width of Spine Above Heel- 3,7mm
Width of Spine at Middle- 2,7mm
Width of Spine 1cm from the tip- 1,5mm

All knives JNS cary is handmade and made one by one, so they can vary in size and thickness. Unevenness in finish can occur.
