• Order processing and shipping — necessary to fulfil your purchase contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
• Legal and accounting obligations — we are required to retain certain order records for 5 years under Danish accounting law (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c))
• Newsletter — only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
• Analytics and advertising — to understand how the site is used and how our ads perform. For EU/UK visitors this happens only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))

Who We Share Your Data With

Your data is shared only where necessary to fulfil your order or run the site:

• DHL Express — name, address and phone number for shipping
• PayPal and Stripe — payment processing
• BigCommerce — our e-commerce platform (data hosted on their servers)
• MailerLite — newsletter service, only if you have subscribed
• Google (Analytics and Ads) — anonymous usage and ad-performance data, used only with your consent in the EU/UK

We do not sell your data to any third party. Some of these services are based outside the EU, for example in the USA. When that happens, your data is protected by the standard legal safeguards these companies use.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Order data is retained for 5 years in accordance with Danish accounting regulations
• Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe
• Other communications are kept as long as relevant to your account or ongoing queries

Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct any inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data (where not required for legal/accounting purposes)
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
