Another Great Blacksmith from Sanjo, Niigata

He made some of my super old Zensho knives.

And now i see that his single beveled knives is amazing ! The Ura and hallow back is made very very well same as on Shigefusa knives !

The grind on his single bevels is also very good very good with nice finish.

All in All super good Single beveld Yanagi !  

Kanji on all Our Other blacksmith knives is with Makers Brand ! In this Case Syuuji
