Noborikoi Kanji on backside is made only for JNS 

With Better Fit and Finish and his best heat-tread and steel he loves to use most ! 

I simply ask the maker to make what he thinks is his best performance ! 

75 years old works alone in his shop where he do all work by him self ! 

Now i see that his single beveled knives is amazing ! The Ura and hallow back is made very very well same as on Shigefusa knives !

The grind on his single bevels is also very good very good with nice finish.
