Benriner Mandoline

Very light Mandoline from Benriner Japan. 

This Mandolines are great for making consistent slices of fruits and vegetables.

The blades on the Benriners are replaceable , so when they dull, you can just buy new or sharpen the blade on whetstones.

The blade allows you to make slices from 0.2mm to 8mm thick

with 3 Interchangeable blades: Fine, Medium, Coarse

A finger-safety guard is also included.
