Jikko Kasumi Gyuto 225mm

It is JNS first blades from Sakai by Jikko witch is very old company in Sakai and is very good at quality control, i  also like them because of the finish that is super similar to Sanjo knives 

Very easy to maintain and polish with natural stones if you choose so ! 

I really Like white 2 in they Kasumi line super easy to sharpen and very thin behind the edge
