Description
Forged, Laminated and heat-treated by Bryan Raquin from France Auvergne region, with SC125 laminated with XC10 cladding with lots of banding (clouds) that you also see on Shigefusa knives, very difficult to capture on photo.
Then it is grinder and finished with natural stones in house at JNS, choil and spine is rounded and polished, finished with Uchigumori fingerstones (included with the knife)
