Kato 65mm Paring/Hunting

This super cool small Kato Knife is made special for JNS. Kato made them as small Hunting knives. But i think they are just perfect as paring knife for the kitchen 

So we put cool Burn Chestnut handle on them that fit perfectly with that small knife ! 

They are thicker then normal paring knife but the grind on them is extra strong but still as sharp as any Kato knives ! 

Polished with Uchigomori by Kato ! 

Same amazing heat-treat and steel ! and Special Grind.

All knives JNS cary is handmade and made one by one, so they can vary in size and thickness. Unevenness in finish can occur.
