I really dont have much information about them :( As they have not been made for 50 years or so

I use one my self in the kitchen for a long time now and they are great ! 

Amazing knife for introduction to Carbon steel ! 

Made in Kanagawa Ken near Tokyo 

They Are New Old stock but have been stored for a long time so there can be some light stains on the blades and handle can be shrunken 

They will be sharpened before shipping !!!
