This unique scissors have spring action build into the handle they can be used for herbs or other small kitchen tasks.
Blue 2 steel, san mai laminated blades and made with high carbon.
Like all carbon steel tools/knives, they can rust if not cared for properly.
Please make sure to wipe them clean and dry after use. I think that Kurouchi model is easer to maintain and blue steel is less reactive to rusting.
But if you're planning on storing them for longer period of time, i recommend oiling them with Camelila oil
