This is new Toyama with Noborikoi Kanji on backside is made only for JNS

With Better Fit and Finish and his best heat-tread and steel he loves to use most !

I simply ask the maker to make what he thinks is his best performance !

This is Sujihiki with excellent finish and grate steel ! It is not to thick and not to thin and have little flex
